Job Summary:*

As an Assistant HR Manager in the construction industry, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department by implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. You will collaborate with department heads and project managers to address staffing needs, oversee recruitment processes, and facilitate employee training and development initiatives. Your expertise in HR practices and understanding of the construction sector will contribute to maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Recruitment and Onboarding:*

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to ensure they understand company policies, safety procedures, and job expectations.

- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports for analysis and improvement of recruitment strategies.

2. *Employee Relations:*

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution as needed.

- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and mediation.

- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

3. *Compliance and Policy Implementation:*

- Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance and updating policies accordingly.

- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and respectful work environment.

- Coordinate with legal counsel as needed to address legal matters related to employment.

4. *Training and Development:*

- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop relevant programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics such as safety protocols, diversity, and leadership development.

- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to support ongoing development and career growth.

5. *HR Administration:*

- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee scheduling.

- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on HR metrics, trends, and initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
